Preparing Your Dog for the Ring
Larry Fenner has been a breeder, owner handler of Bouviers des Flandres for over 30 years. He, his wife, and daughter are professional handlers of all breeds. In 2006 Larry was the first American to ever go best in show at Crufts in England. He and his wife breed Golden Retrievers, Bouviers and Akitas.
Larry knows how to make a dog look its best, how to present the best that each dog has to offer. But he is still limited to the potential each dog intrinsically possesses. On Wednesday, Larry will discuss what breeders and owners of quality show dogs can do to best prepare their dogs for success in the ring, whether under the guidance of a professional handler or not.
