Josslyn
Veterinary Assistant
Josslyn is currently a college student at Carrington College, where she is pursuing her degree as a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT). She has gained valuable experience working at two Banfield Pet Hospitals, as well as Folsom Ranch Veterinary Hospital. Kokopelli was the first clinic to give her the opportunity to work as a veterinary assistant—a role she is incredibly grateful for and passionate about.
As part of the Kokopelli team, Josslyn helps maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hospital environment. She takes pride in reducing stress for anxious patients and supporting them through their visits. She assists her team wherever needed, including dog and cat restraint, blood draws, vaccine administration, assisting with C-sections, and helping examine patients ranging from small to large animals.
Outside of the clinic, Josslyn enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She loves adventure and stays active through snowboarding, skydiving, wakeboarding, and surfing. At home, she enjoys playing with her dog and going on car rides with him, windows down—even when it’s cold outside.
